Jesus is coming back | Second Coming

Does it still make sense to spread this message from God?
Absolutely, everyone needs to hear that there is salvation for people who are estranged from God. That sin and death do not have the final word.

GOD IS MOVED WITH COMPASSION FOR THIS WORLD 

Throughout all ages, attempts have been made to prevent or destroy this good message. But to this day, that has not succeeded, and it never will. God Himself guarantees this. God is faithful. And God is moved with compassion for this world. He wants all nations to hear about Him. It is His desire that people from all nations are saved through His Son. For this purpose, He has given the Holy Spirit. The Spirit will convince people that this message is the truth and will renew them, so that they begin to long for restoration of their relationship with God, receive forgiveness for their sins, and start living with and for His glory.  

But how relevant is that now? After all, everyone dies at some point. 

A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH 

God has promised a new heaven and a new earth. There will be no more injustice, death will no longer reign, there will be no mourning or sorrow. There, humanity will be brought back to its true destiny (purpose). That is a life in true freedom and peace with God and His new creation! And for everyone who believes in Him, there is a place with God after this life. 

When will this new heaven and new earth come? 

SECOND COMING 

Jesus said that He will return. When, that is not stated in the Bible. Only God knows. But Jesus said there are signs by which you can recognize it: ‘before I return there will be earthquakes in various places and (rumors of) wars. Diseases and disasters. Also, the love of many will grow cold. But whoever endures in faith in God will be saved.’ But He also said: ‘Whoever does not believe in Me is already condemned. After death, they face an eternity without God, in darkness and lostness.’ 

MESSAGE FOR YOU: 

And that is why this message comes to you who are reading this: God, your Maker, is moved with compassion for your life. He also calls to you: ‘Turn to Me and believe in My Son, Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.’

Isaiah 45:22
Turn to Me and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.
